About the CD
The Insomnia CD teaches you what the brain needs to do to quieten the thinking that keeps you awake. Learn how to switch the thinking off very easily and give your chance to eliminate the need for medications and other aids. This is also very effective if you wake during the night, and also helps you get back to sleep on mornings that you can sleep in past your usual waking time.
For a quick start simply put ear phones in and listen to the guided track 4, remove them when you are ready to fall asleep. To learn what you need to do and the process that is happening, listen to track 2, the brain.
You will be able to feel the muscles on your head relaxing and the activity shifting in your brain, as you move from thinking to sleep readiness.
If you have had extreme insomnia for a prolonged period of time, then don’t give up! That is very important. You need to know that you are retraining your brain in a very natural way and stimulating the area of your mind that is active during sleep. Depending on your job and daily routines this may take up to a week or two to really get the brain to adjust so keep at it
